How a discovered site becomes a sub-camp
- Find the empty camp site while exploring.
- Return to Kamura and speak to Kagero the Merchant for the request.
- Complete the listed slay objective in the specified map, or gather the exact delivery materials.
- Report back to finish the request. Confirm that the sub-camp is available on your map.
Simply walking into the empty site does not unlock fast travel.

Reaching the Lava Caverns sites
For Lava Caverns 1, follow the stone path upward from area 12 to the upper level north of area 10.
For Lava Caverns 2, climb the short vine wall in area 1 opposite the main camp. Head north past the Felyne camp, then cross the bridge west toward the honey and stone-house ruins on the area 6 high ground.
Check materials and map requirements
The second Frost Islands request needs Low Rank Warm Pelts. High-quality Pelt is a different item and cannot substitute for it.
Slay requests specify a map. Check the request list after accepting the task, complete its objective in that map, then report to Kagero.
These eight sites cover Rise’s five base-game maps. Sunbreak’s Jungle and Citadel are separate locations.
